Dear Stakeholders,

One of the most important messages we have received about the future of our world from research and reports conducted in recent years is that “climate change”, which is increasingly felt with pollution and natural events, should have an important place on our agenda, especially with the unstoppable rise of our production and consumption habits, especially with the advancement of technology. Therefore, it is necessary for all of us, whether individual or private or public institution, to put our hands under the stone for the future of our planet.

Our employees are our greatest strength in achieving our sustainability goals. Creating a working environment where our employees can develop their talents and gain valuable experiences will enable them to be successful on the international business stage. In this way, our employees can experience the international working environment and turn these experiences into sustainable success.

We manage our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices, which aim for continuous improvement in line with the principle of “Healthy individual, safe workplace”, by identifying our strong and open-to-development points effectively. We take firm steps towards our “zero accident” goal by proactively identifying relevant risks and practices for eliminating these risks. In the OHS trainings we organized for our employees with the aim of spreading this culture; We provided 36 hours of training in 2023.

Sustainability has begun to have a very broad meaning that includes both economic growth and maintaining the profitability of companies. Sustainability studies and reporting have become a very important issue on the agenda of companies. Sustainability reports are considered as an indicator of corporate transparency, social and environmental performance, and management quality for today's shareholders and investors, as well as an integral part of economic, social and environmental life. Therefore, it is now very critical for responsible companies to report all the impacts and results of our activities other than the economic results.

Although we have not published a sustainability report, we have never given up considering the concept of sustainability as a guiding element in all our processes and working in this direction in recent years. When setting our operational goals, planning our investments, improving our processes, and determining new actions to increase the satisfaction of our employees and customers, we took steps not only for the time we are in, but also for the future of our company and our sector. We are proud to present our steps and results to you, our valuable stakeholders, with our 2023 Sustainability Report.

As we have signed many principles, our first sustainability report we published was the first report prepared in compliance with TSRS and GRI standards in our sector. When we decided to write a new sustainability report, we were aware that this would not be just a reporting work limited by general patterns. This awareness showed us that we need to review our current goals, values, and policies in the context of sustainability once again.

The effects of the sustainability concept, which has begun to stand out globally and in all areas, are now felt by all individuals and institutions. Companies that used to focus only on financial success and the continuity of operations are realizing that they need to adapt quickly to this change. Similarly, we see that the sustainability concept, which was previously dominated by environmental phenomena, is now manifested in all areas. In this context, we preferred to integrate our economic, social, and environmental sustainability performance by combining the titles of Management, Planet, People, and Welfare.

Among the elements that make up our economic performance, our operational investments and the value we add to the sector stand out. Our vehicle and warehouse investments, our alternative transportation modes we offer to our customers, and our efforts to recycle the waste generated as a result of our activities are among the innovations we have made in our internal processes.
